Hi, my name is Michele (aka MAD)...I'm a veteran Rock Chick/Artist/Antique Dealer with a strong passion for life, music, animals, and general hell-raising...lol!

MAD's Lucky 13 was officially born on September 1, 1998 but I have been in the antiques & collectibles business since I was 19 years old (way back in 1983!)

I've always loved hitting flea markets, yard sales and thrift stores.  Being at any of those places feels like a second home to me, really.  :-)

I am one of the many dealers at THE CAMBRIDGE ANTIQUE MARKET, a large group antique & collectibles shop located in the Cambridge/Boston area.  (I also work full-time as a member of CAM's floor staff.)  At the shop, I specialize in fun vintage items from the 1940's up thru the 1980's...Most of the focus is on Pop Culture, pin-up, pinback buttons, dimestore toys, kitsch, Rock n' Roll, cool ephemera and related stuff. 

The great thing about the antique biz, is I get to meet super interesting/creative people, as well as find vintage supplies for my art and incorporate it in with my vintage merchandise, resulting in showcasing the entire package.  

Since 2004, I have been creating "MAD TAGGZ": One of a kind, handcrafted glitter art and gift package tags that double as ornaments.  They were developed from my passion for vintage "scrap art" and German mica, along with my love of old holiday illustrations.

A few of my interests/hobbies are collecting vintage pin-up art, antique Christmas collectibles, pinback buttons and 1950's-60's kitsch.  I also enjoy photography, writing, Mid Century  architecture, Retro TV, animal welfare/rescue (I have two senior feral cat rescues - Patsy & Joey), LOUD Rock n' Roll/Punk music and "playing" with my Japanese ball-jointed doll (BJD), Ciel.
